In order to demonstrate the spirituality and the aggressive and enterprising spirit of ADD Industry People, and improve the teamwork ability of all employees. On the afternoon of April 28th, Tug of War/ Board Shoe Race for Labor’s Day Celebration were organized and held by the corporation’s trade union at the corporation’s factory yard.

The activity followed the principle of “setting friendship before competition”. All employees from different departments and offices were free to form their own teams. Each team of the tug-of-war was composed of 10 people (men and women), and each team of the board shoe race was composed of 4 people (men and women). Before the game, the host announced the rules and procedures of the competition. The tug-of-war and board shoe race tested the tacit understanding of teamwork and reflected the importance of teamwork. Under the command of the referee, the 8 teams in the tug-of-war competition began their competition. The 19 teams participating in the board shoe race would cooperate with each other and the competition was lively and fierce. The shouts and cheers on the tug-of-war were constant, and the players from both sides made all the stops to pull the opponent into their own half. On the other side, the board shoe race was in full swing, and each team worked together to fight for the first place. In the end, the championship of tug-of-war competition was won by Tube Manufacture Workshop 2, the runner-up by Tube Manufacture Workshop 1, and the third winner by the final assembly workshop. The championship, the run-up, and the third winner of the board shoe race were respectively won by three teams using the shortest time.

Through these activities, we advocated an active and healthy lifestyle, strengthened the awareness of employees’ happy work and healthy living, and further enhanced the team wareness of employees.
